A combination of two different phone messages. The (relatively) legible one at the beginning was chopped up and the title section repeated before parts that were reversed; the whole thing was then stretched to match the length of the other message, which was likely unintentional and consisted entirely of garbled speech from a distance. That underwent noise reduction, speed change, and stretching.
